2026/2027 Admission Notice
Applications are open for candidates seeking admission into Nigerian British University undergraduate programmes.
Application deadline
Friday, 30th November 2026
Eligibility Requirements
Application has commenced and closes on Friday, 30th November 2026.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2026.
Candidates must score a minimum of 160 in UTME to apply.
JAMB subject combination must match the programme applied for.
Candidates who did not choose NBU as first choice must change to NBU on JAMB CAPS on or before 30th November 2026.
Candidates must have at least five O'Level credit passes including English and Mathematics, plus three relevant subjects, in not more than two sittings.

Direct Entry Candidates
Direct Entry candidates must hold an A-Level certificate in relevant subjects, OND, HND, or a first degree.
Academic transcripts should reach The Registrar, Nigerian British University, KM 10 Aba Port Harcourt Expressway, Abia State, Nigeria not later than 1st September 2026.
